Sub-Decree No. 175 on Boeung Ta Mok reformation (Boeung Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh

Sub-Decree No. 175 was reclassified two areas of 478,274 (four hundred and seventy-eight thousand two hundred and seventy-four) square meters of land surface, of which the first area is 9,902 (nine thousand nine hundred and two hundred) square meters in Trapeang Po Village, Sangkat Kork Roka Khan Prek Phnov, Phnom Penh, and the second area with 468,371 (four hundred and sixty eight thousand three hundred and seventy one) square meters, located in Kob Srov Thom village, Sangkat Kork Roka, Khan Prek Phnov, Phnom Penh, pursuant to Sub-Decree No. 20, dated February 2016 on the area of ​​Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) with an area of ​​3,239.7 hectares located in Phnom Penh as a state public property in accordance with the coordinate system of Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984 as shown in map location and coordinates in the appendix of this sub-decree reclassifying as state private land.
