The Vacant, Fallow and Virgin (VFV) Lands Management Law (Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No.10 of 2012)

This Law, consisting of ten Chapters, regulates the following aspects related to vacant, fallow and virgin lands as follows: Name and Definitions (Chap. I); Formation, composition and responsibilities of Vacant, Fallow and Virgin Lands Management Central Committee (Chap. II); Land Right, Right to use vacant, fallow and virgin lands (Chap. III); Conditions in Accordance with Right to do, Right to Utilize Land of Vacant, Fallow and Virgin Lands (Chap. IV); Security Fees and Land Revenue (Chap. V).
