License No. 532 on authorizing Titan Mineral Group Co. Ltd, to conduct metallic ores exploration in Along Phe area, Chheb district, Chey Sen district, Preah Vihear province and Thalaboriwath district, Stung Treng province

The Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy had granted an industrial license to Titan Mineral Group Co. Ltd addressed #324, Sangkat Boeung Salang, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. The main activities was to explore metallic ores, of 204 Km2 in article 1, in Anlong Phe area, Chheb district, Chey Sen district, Preah Vihear province, and Thalaboriwath district, Stung Treng province. The license had two years validity and is effective from the date of signature. The license was possible to extend and it was required that the company re-apply before expiry within 30 days for the permit. The company had to comply with the annual plan and guaranteed the technical standard. Otherwise, the license would be cancelled or the company would be fined in case the company did not follow the conditions in the agreement.
