MOU for joint action to reduce HIV vulnerability (GMS countries)

A memorandum of understanding for joint action to reduce HIV vulnerability related to population movement in the Greater Mekong Subregion, signed by Cambodia, China, Lao, Myanmar, Thailand and Viet Nam on 20 December, 2011. This document updates a number of previous memoranda on this topic, the first signed in 2001.
