Rapid (Basinwide) Sustainability Assessement Tool- RSAT

A presentation on Rapid Sustainability Assessment Tools (RSAT) and how they may contribute to improving hydropower quality, actor responsibility and project sustainability. The presenter uses four Mekong case studies and discusses how RSAT can contribute to basin development planning.
