The project will employ more than 3200-4100 workers or employees during the four-year construction phase.

The Environmental Management Training Course will be provided in two stages, at the first construction phase and at the end of the construction phase. The participants were selected from the General Department of Energy, Provincial Department of Industry, Mines and Energy, and Provincial Department of Environment in order to work closely with project staff in environmental monitoring and evaluation based on environmental management plan.

The company has developed and set up a number of environmental management plans to mitigate and reduce negative environmental impacts to ensure the sustainability of the management of natural and social resources such as mitigation measures, environmental monitoring program and environmental management training.

The company has allocated USD 503,000 for negative environmental impact mitigation before and during the project construction. Moreover, the company has allocated USD 118,490 for environmental monitoring program.
